Project Introduction：

With a total capacity of 90MW/360MWh, SynVista’s large-scale battery storage project is located in Golmud City, Qinghai Province. The project integrates 108 direct current (DC) containers and 27 boost converter integrated machines, along with advanced control systems such as the Energy Management System (EMS). As one of the largest energy storage projects in Qinghai, it enhances local power infrastructure and plays a key role in supporting the development of renewable power.

The team completed the project and successfully connected it to the grid. The system actively improves grid stability and reliability, provides essential ancillary services, and helps balance electricity supply and demand. By efficiently storing excess energy and releasing it during peak periods, it reduces renewable energy curtailment and strengthens regional energy resilience. The project also delivers strong environmental performance, with high resistance to harsh wind and sand conditions, ensuring long-term durability and stable operation. With its long service life and advanced features, the project sets a benchmark for future large-scale energy storage solutions across China.
